saw this sign in one of a barrio in Pampanga, was this meant for amusement or enlightenment to a valid concern?

- oggie said... ei bro! off-topic ako kasi don't know how to reply to your message sa blog ko.pag tag-ulan, me mga streams na puwedeng inuman. we did an impromptu igib at hilamos. potable yung water. my guide-friend says na nag-da-dry up ang mga ito during the summer time. in any case, sandali lang naman yung climb and descent so running out of water is not much of a problem. puwede ring makihingi sa military camp sa summit :-D
