so ano ng weights ang binubuhat mo ngayon at ilang reps ka per routine? keep it up, para the more muscles, the faster your metabolism :D

iskoo, may cd na binili anak ko for me to lose weight. Belly dancing and aerobics, hehe. I can imagine, you would have fun in doing those! nOkaya? HAHA
