I pass by on this area everyday on my way to work, obviously the houses are not the class A type of community. But I think they live in harmony. The community is nicely maintained, painted in neon colors and cleanliness is being observed. This community is very much close to the high rise condominium being built by the Robinsons.

A room is still a room
Even though theres nothing there but gloom
But a room is not a house
And a house is not a home
When the two of us are far apart
And one of us has a broken heart

This pic reminds me of Singapore river, malapit dun sa statue ni Raffles. Ganto rin ang mga bahay nila dun. Makulay.

The houses have more character than the monotonous concrete condos behind.

A House is not a Home. I love that song!

Parang mga townhouses ang dating. Kawad kalinga nga ba yan? Meron din pala silang mga housing project sa Manila. Kala ko sa mga provinces lang.

The condo background looks like a dead wall of the colorful houses.

They may not look posh or stylish but they sure look homey to me. Parang playhouse... the kids in that community must eb proud of their homes.

i saw these houses once, on my way to some office. they serve as a stark contrast to the gigantic, (almost) colorless buildings behind them. nice job. :)
