Wellness

no! i'm neither drug addict nor pusher.
but i have to take one or two a day to prevent scurvy. one of the best source of vitamin c is billy goat plum which contain 3150 milligrams of vitamin c (per 100 grams of said fruit) but i dont know where i can find one here. next best fruits locally available are guava and papaya containing 100 and 60 milligrams respectively.
likewise one pill of ascorbic acid worth 500 milligrams.
would you prefer to take pills or take fresh fruits? ~o0o~

Anyway, most of the vitamin C you get from ascorbic acid is just flushed out of your system anyway. :) [On your comment: You're right, I'm really lucky that I'm studying in UP. Are you from UP? Iskoo kasi name mo. La lang.]
