No, I don't think i know the right kind of exercise. (obvious naman sa katawan ko di ba? hehehe)

puro stretching lang ako. before nung trainee pa ako sa ocmi ayun, 3x a week. minsan more than pa, tumatakbo ako sa ultra.

Alam mo, I don't enjoy going to gym para mag work out. nabobore ako at saka nauubos ung attensyon ko sa ginagawa ko. Mas ok sa king nagjajog sa labas, at saka umaakyat ng bundok.

question, buti nakakakuha ka pa matino pic? mukhang mabigat ung buhat mo a. :P

The only exercise I do is typing. JK.
I used to do yoga regularly but with work and all I'm lucky if I get to do it once a week.

Question: How did you manage to take a photo with a dumb bell in one hand? gifted na photographer! hehe

i'm being taught right now by my trainer. i go to the gym at least 3x or 4x a week. kung ako lang mag-isa, malamang maling exercise magawa ko.

dont have time... siguro pareho na lang kami ni 'alternati'... the only exercise that im doing is pagtytype... hehehe...

i'd like to think so bro. kungdi ded ako kasi part-time job ko ang fitness training, hahaha. anyway, thanks for dropping by. sa uulitin.
I'm too lazy to exercise but I play badminton 2x a week. I'm not into the gym thing. Tried a few times but quit. I just don't want to compete against myself.
nooo. i'm not that kind of a TEENAGE SENIOR who goes into gym right after their classes. LOL!!

but when CAT comes.. i'd have a lot of push-ups.

saturdays - basketball.
p.e sched - volleyball.
walkiiing around the campus.

Me bagong vocabulary akong natutunan sayo ah "Metier" meaning "an area of activity in which one excels". Hehehe

Anyways, buti natutuloytuloy mo yan. I go to the gym at most 3x a week. Kelangan ng regular activity since sa trabaho mag damag nakaupo.

Tennis lang ako twice a week. Kaya anlaki pa rin ng tiyan ko! hehehe! Hopefully pag nakauwi this year makapaglaro ng mas madalas.

Ahhh ... no pain, no gain!
dumadami na tao sa gym, siguro nabasa nila post ko, hirap na ako i-maintain yung morning rituals ko hahaha.
