i am very happy to be a filipino

what we should rather ask ourselves is what good have we done for our poor country to deserve us as filipinos...

i do ask that myself and it's better to look after our own shadows rather than finding faults from others...

I am happy being a pinoy.
I am happy being a pinoy in the Philippines.
I am UNhappy being a pinoy in the Philippines with corrupt governance and opportunists.
I may whine but I'm happy.
definitely.

Am still proud to be pinoy! it is what I am, and even if my hair turns red and my eyes blue, I am and will always be FILIPINO!
Grabe! Madaling araw kumukuha ka na litrato? Hehehe.

i'm happy being a Pinoy... :)

Damn those who lived outside the Philippines who denied being a Filipino despite the obvious brown-skin..hehehe

Finally damn those people back home who look up to filam/foreigner celebrities who can barely speak the language and badly needed some skills (acting, singing)....

send Jasmine Trias back home. She's not a Fil-am. She's American. Geez!

hala personalan na 'to! LOL

hmmm. yeah. :D

i am happy. We shape our own destiny and even though we have very little chance in our own homeland to prosper the way we can in other places, i'm still thankful I'm pinoy.
Blogger Rey, at 1:03 AM
Oo naman! Mas happy ako maging pinoy (kesa maging pana..hehehe)
Anonymous Anonymous, at 1:37 AM
oo naman! bakit naman hindi? :)
Anonymous Anonymous, at 2:03 AM
i am happy to be a filipino. i just hope my countrymen will also be happy :)
Proud akong maging Pinoy! Happy ako na Pinoy ako! Pinoy ako... ipinagmamalaki ko! Mabuhay!
Blogger Wendy, at 3:07 AM

I'll just be frank.

I love my country. I'm happy to be Filipino(most of the time).

But I'm not proud to be a Filipino. We got a lot of makeover to do.

We whine at 50 centavo gas price increase, we talk about how screwed up our government, yet you people just sticked up their faces in shows like the tele novelas, the "scripted" game shows, and even dared to shit sms-vote (spending a few pesos) to things in tv. Shit. and you whine about fare hikes which are unavoidable -- and needed by the drivers.

Sorry state of affairs. Damned as hell.

I'm happy to be a Filipino, and I love my country. But shit, come on -- is there really something to proud of? We need a lot of work to do people -- too much work and cooperation. Only then can we be proud. If you're not Bata Reyes, and if you're not Manny Pacquiao -- you have no right to be proud of yourself or your country.

Just my 1 cent. nah. just nothing. (why do they have to say two cents all the time anyway, why not 1 cent, huh!!!?).

hahahahaha...

Anonymous Anonymous, at 4:05 PM

Blogger pauL, at 6:30 PM

Anonymous Anonymous, at 6:36 PM
Anonymous Anonymous, at 9:20 PM
very happy indeed! I should cherish, the things that I am born with.
Blogger tina, at 9:30 PM
Ako ay Pilipino! Yan ang totoo!
Blogger Mitch, at 12:45 AM

if they behave stupidly, I dont.

Like the Thai cook in my blog.
Like those who pass fake papers in embassy of France.Like those who were caught in France selling drugs. Like those buying fake resident cards, caught by french police.Anyway, its not only the filipinos, its all over the world, all nationality has flaws.

im proud of co pinoys if they behave intelligently.
If ...
