no! i'm neither drug addict nor pusher. but i have to take one or two a day to prevent scurvy. one of the best source of vitamin c is billy goat plum which contain 3150 milligrams of vitamin c (per 100 grams of said fruit) but i dont know where i can find one here. next best fruits locally available are guava and papaya containing 100 and 60 milligrams respectively.likewise one pill of ascorbic acid worth 500 milligrams.
would you prefer to take pills or take fresh fruits?

friuts na lang. since lampin days pa purga na ako sa mga vitamins.

im not into supplements eh..
gusto ko ng guava at papaya at mango at marami pang iba na wala dito,waaahhh
anyway... mhmm it depends.
if it's "drug-based" then no, id prefer fruits.
but if it's herbal (and im sure of it's potency...and source) id prefer them.
ahihi although mas maganda if it's herbal food supplements + fruits.
fresh fruits are better.. =)
fruits na lang po...susuka na din ako sa mga gamot ...dami din ako nyan hehehe.

Or mangoes. Mangoes, both ripe and unripe are very good sources of vitamin C.
Lemons are healthy too. Rich in vitamin C.
Pineapple is very rich in vitamin C.
I think any fruit will do.
No pills, give me fruits! :-)
